examination and promotion

• The school academic year has 2 Terms :
  
  April to mid October
  Mid October to March/April



• Attendance at Test/Examiation is Compulsory The minimum marks obtained in each subject should be 40%, Ranks will be given only to those students who pass in all subject including those re-evaluated in terms of grades.



• Arrangement for re-examination cannot be made for the student who is absent from the Tests / Terminal Examination without sufficient cause and thus will be considered as having failed. In case of grave illness, a doctor's certificate should be necessary.
• 
  
  There will be continuous assessment of a student's work throughout the years, Promotion will depend on the average of year work (Four- Unit Tests, Half Yearly, Internal Assessment & Annual Exam.) The final decision depends entirely on the Principal's decision.
